Welcome Cotrone Pilates' 2018 Spring Fling!!
For our third annual workshop we want to help you get back to the basics of the method, realign your mind and body with some carefully crafted classes, and leave you fired up about your newly informed teaching skills and your personal practice!
*8 AM- Group reformer class (limited to 4 people) taught by Frank Zito 35$
9-11AM Teach the Body, Not the Manual - taught by Dana Santi
Description: Gain a different perspective of the method and recognize how Joe’s equipment and exercises can truly teach the body. All it takes is a good eye and an understanding of different body types. Watch the joints and muscles move into place right before your very eyes.
11-12 Pilates Accessories Class - taught by Susannah Cotrone and Frank Zito
Description: Join Frank and Susannah in this fun, informative and hands on refresher of the exercises done with the Neck Stretcher, the Foot Corrector, Sand Bag, and the Toe Exerciser.
1-3 Teaching the Cadillac to Men - taught by Moses Urbano
Description: Join Moses on “the table” to look at some ways to introduce exercises that may help your male clients access optimal muscular function from the joint in their movement. We’ll deconstruct the body with arm and leg springs and use the Magic circle to further integrate the core connections. Your hands and questions are Most Welcome!
4-5 Magic Circle, weights and resistance bands - taught by Sam Cotrone
Description: Join Sam Cotrone for his learn and burn upper body workout. Using Pilates props Sam will lead you through a challenging series of exercises that you can use for yourself and share with your clients. Here's to trying to lift that glass of wine after!

*9AM Group Mat Class taught by Miguel Silva (included with Day 2)
10-12 Lower Body Focus - taught by Moses Urbano
Description: “Just focus on the powerhouse” Moses will narrow the focus on the Lower Body. We’ll look at hips, the buttocks too, on the Reformer. Then we choose the Mat, the Cadillac, a Barrel or a Chair and test where we may best help those hips anchor those strong legs.
1-3 Brutal Basics - taught by Dana Santi
Description: Gain new meaning to the notion that the advanced exercises are what make you advanced. Come discover and remember how brutal and important the basics can be….less is more and simple is not simple very simple anymore.
4-5:30 Spot On! - taught by Carrie Russo
Description: Wondering which hands goes where and when? Learn the importance of spotting correctly using both verbal and tactile cues using the whole system.
